We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
We work very hard to make sure that your items are packed up securely so that they arrive to you safely. When we drop your packages off at USPS they are no longer our responsibility due to the fact we have no control over how they are handled or where they go.
If you would like your package to be insured for up to $50 please choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option on the checkout page.
In the event your items arrive to you damaged or your package is lost/stolen please contact your local USPS and make a claim with them. We thank you for your understanding!
